Starting in July 2008, Jason Ostrowski has spent his career at International SOS Assistance working in Sales and Client Services. Currently he is Group Director, Client Services Global Functions. He leads global teams across Digital Support, Sales Operations, Data Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Quality, focusing on improving efficiency, standardizing processes, and aligning priorities across departments.
Before taking on the global role, Jason led Client Services across the Americas for more than a decade. He oversaw onboarding, daily client support, and regional invoicing while improving operations and developing staff. Earlier roles include National Accounts Director, Manager – Account Management, and Corporate Account Manager.
