Alex began her International SOS career in 2006 in the Philadelphia Assistance Center. Over the past 20 years, she has held roles in Operations, Quality and Training, Client Services, Account Management, and Sales Enablement.
In 2022, Alex joined the Global Sales Process Execution Team, where she enables the sales community through onboarding, training, tool adoption, and process improvement initiatives- focusing on making things simpler and easier for the team wherever possible.
