Johannes Catterwell, Client Success Specialist Team Lead for Europe and the Middle East at International SOS. Since joining the company in 2018, Johannes has built a diverse career, beginning in the Assistance Center before transitioning into Client Success. Today, he leads a team of 14 Client Success Specialists located across Europe and the Middle East, while also supporting clients throughout Africa.

Working closely with Client Success and Sales leadership, Product, and Operations teams, Johannes is dedicated to driving client service adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. More recently, he and his team have focused on deepening their expertise in the Quantum platform, helping clients navigate successful transitions while strengthening collaboration across regions and functions.

Passionate about building strong relationships and fostering knowledge sharing, Johannes enjoys connecting teams, promoting best practices, and helping colleagues deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his children, supporting his local football club, and playing badminton
