Andrew McGillin is the Team Lead, Digital Support - Americas at International SOS, where he leads digital support initiatives and helps ensure the delivery of high-quality technology-enabled solutions across the Americas region. In his role, Andrew partners closely with Client Services, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize support processes, enhance the client experience, and drive operational efficiency through digital innovation.

Based in Pennsylvania, Andrew is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, improve service delivery, and foster collaboration across teams. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, commitment to continuous improvement, and focus on building scalable support models that enable both clients and internal teams to succeed.

Outside of his day-to-day responsibilities, Andrew enjoys collaborating with colleagues across functions, sharing knowledge, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the organization's digital capabilities and client-centric culture. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with wife Andrea and their 3 children.
