How To Book Your Flights With ATPI/Direct Travel:  

• All flights are to be booked on this Site registration.  After fully reading the instructions below, please fill out the registration in its entirety

• Once you complete the entire registration and receive confirmation via email, a copy of your travel requirements will automatically be sent to ATPI/Direct Travel.  

• Once received and reviewed, ATPI/Direct Travel will send you a tentative itinerary, via email, based on the parameters of the meeting. 

• The email will come from a @DT.COM email address. 

• Please look over the tentative itinerary and reply back to ticket or modify via email.   You can also reach an agent @ 781 326-7800x2 should you have any questions or concerns.    An agent will be in touch within 24 hours.

• Please note that when you receive the tentative itinerary, it is NOT ticketed.  You have to reply back to the agent to confirm your flights. 

• Once you reply with your approval to ticket, you will receive a final confirmation. 

• The final confirmation will provide you with the airline confirmation number etc., for you to check in with.

• Please be sure to check your ticket!
