Carl Spitznagel - General Manager & Senior Vice President | Central Region and Energy and Mining Section, US

Carl joined International SOS in 2007 as Consulting Engagement
Leader – Americas, and over the years Carl has taken on roles with
increasing scope and responsibility. In 2010, he was promoted to
Group Product Director – Healthcare Management Services where
he managed the global HMS product portfolio. In 2014, Carl moved
to Houston and was promoted to Vice President – Energy, Mining &
Infrastructure, and in 2017 also acquired responsibility for
management of sales and marketing in the Central Region.
Carl Spitznagel is GM/SVP of the Central, U.S. Sub-Region and Energy
& Mining Sector. Carl drives sales and business initiatives to achieve
revenue, gross profit, and productivity targets across all market
segments within the 19-states sub-region with key market hubs in
Chicago, Denver, Houston, and St. Louis. Additionally, as Head of the
Energy & Mining Sector, Carl is also responsible for driving the
sector’s agenda within the Oil & Gas, Mining, EPC and Offshore
market segments within the United States. In this capacity, he works
closely with Jerome Le Jehan, Global Head of Energy and Mining, to
drive International SOS’ energy sector agenda and augment the
Medical Services push across and within the Americas. Carl
continues to work closely with medical services partners throughout
the Americas and, in particular, the Latin America team to drive
continued growth
