Dear Team,

As we prepare for our Conference in Vermont, please dress comfortably.  The weather is expected to be warm, so business casual attire, including open-toe shoes, is acceptable during the day.   However, note that the conference rooms will be air-conditioned.

Below are additional details regarding attire for all company-sponsored events.

We’re kicking things off in true Vermont style—set against the stunning backdrop of Mount Mansfield at the Alpine Club Restaurant at The Lodge at Spruce Peak. Join us for a relaxed Welcome Night as we come together, reconnect, and set the tone for an exceptional week ahead.

With sweeping mountain views, curated food and cocktails, and the full team together in one place, this is your opportunity to catch up, unwind, and ease into the conference surrounded by the beauty of Stowe.

Dress code: Casual

Feel free to wear jeans, khakis, casual pants, sundresses, or relaxed button-downs and blouses. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Business Casual during the day.  Open toe shoes are acceptable.  Please bring a sweater or jacket.   Conference rooms can get very cold.

We’re mixing things up this year with a dine-around across the Lodge - each group will enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants on property, hosted by members of our Senior Executive Committee. It’s a great way to connect, catch up, and enjoy the evening in a more relaxed setting.

Stay tuned—more details coming soon.

Get ready for an unforgettable day of adventure in beautiful Stowe! Our Team Building Day offers something for everyone, with a variety of exciting experiences happening throughout the day. Whether you’re enjoying a hands-on visit at the Golden Dog Farm, paddling through scenic waters with Canoe & Kayak, soaring through the treetops on thrilling Zipline Rides, unwinding with Spin & Fly Fishing, there’s no shortage of ways to connect and recharge. You can also savor local flavors during our Taste of Vermont experience, explore the charming town via our convenient Shuttle to Town, or hit the trails for an invigorating Mountain Biking excursion. Full details on timing, transportation, meeting locations, and recommended attire for each activity can be found on the Team Activities Schedule tab.

Dinner will be available at the hotel upon your return. More details to follow.
