GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ground Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged for all employees and their guests.  Guests must be travelling with the employee.  If the guest is arriving separately, separate arrangements will need to be made and paid by the guest directly.   Shuttle information will be made available shortly.

All employees that are staying at a different hotel other than the Andaz, outside of the Conference timeframe (8/7 - 8/11) will need to make their own arrangements.  This expense is not reimbursable.  Please note that you are not obligated to use this service, but wanted to provide you with a car service that International SOS will be utilizing to shuttle employees to and from the airport.

The transportation company we are working with in Mexico is Maritur DMC.    If you decide that you want to use this service for pickup to the hotel, at cost, please follow the instructions below:
