- Check in begins on Monday, August 7 and check out is Friday, August 11.
- Please note that your personal credit card will be requested at the time of check-in to cover all incidental expenses (Please review the Expense page for more details)
- All room costs (Room, Tax and Meal Plan) within the conference timeframe from 8/7 to 8/11 will be paid upfront by the company. Therefore, all hotel reservations will be managed internally by Brenda Davis.
- You can stay the weekend before or after the conference for the same corporate rate but at your own expense. (Please contact Brenda Davis, via email, for room rate information)
- You are allowed to bring one guest at no additional room cost. There is a daily cost for the all-inclusive meal plan. If you plan to add an additional guest to your room, please note that meals / flights for your guest will not be covered by the company. There will be an option to purchase an all-inclusive meal plan (see pricing below) or pay a la carte.
- If you bring more than one guest, the cost for the additional guest(s) will be $60 per person, per room, per day. This does not include food. i.e., if you bring your wife and child, you would pay an additional $60 a day for the child's stay.
- At check-in you will provide the hotel with the name of your guest and a credit card to cover all incidentals.
- Incidentals include but are not limited to: all cost for guests, any food and beverages outside of the meal plan, alcoholic beverages in the room and all items related to the spa.
Below is the cost per day for all-inclusive meal plans.
- Additional adult to add meal plan is $160++, per day
- For children ages 0 – 5, free
- For children ages 6-12 is $80.00++, per day. (Please note: Anyone above the age of 12 is considered an adult at the standard meal plan price of $160++, per day)
