Dear Team,

Keeping in mind that it will be hot in Mexico in August, we want to be sure you dress comfortably.   Resort casual  will be honored during the day meetings. (i.e. bermuda shorts, open toe shoes are all acceptable)  However, please keep in mind that we will be inside for the meetings and the conference rooms will be air conditioned.    Below are more details regarding attire for the evening events.

• Please plan to wear comfortable clothes on the day you are scheduled to participate in a CSR activity.   There are no plans to get wet, but you may get a little dirty.     
• For those that plan to participate in the Turtle Activity, you may want to bring a hat or cap because at the end of the activity, participants will visit the turtle camp on the beach.
• For those the chose the Mangrove event, please wear tennis shoes or sandals.    Get ready for a relaxing boat ride!

Casual Resort Wear, Bermuda shorts are acceptable 

Your favorite Tropical outfit is the only requirement.   Bright colors are encouraged. 

We received some questions on what to wear to the Awards Gala - All White Affair & After Party.   We thought it may be helpful to provide you with a few ideas/suggestions: 

1. Flowy Maxi Dress
2. White Linen Pants w/ Shirt or Blouse: 
3. Jumpsuit or Romper

Remember to consider the weather and the specific beach resort's atmosphere. It's always a good idea to bring a lightweight cover-up or shawl in case the evening gets cooler. Enjoy the event and have a wonderful time at the beach resort!
